日粮添加不同水平包被氯化铵对围产期娟姗牛健康的影响研究

Effects of Different Levels of Coated Ammonium Chloride in Diet on Health of Jersey Cows in Perinatal Period

摘要: [目的]研究日粮添加不同水平包被氯化铵(美宝安)对围产期娟姗牛健康的影响。[方法]将胎次、体况相近的围产前期娟姗牛分成4组:CON组、A组、B组和C组。CON组饲喂基础日粮,DCAD值为+165.64 mEq/kg DM;A组饲喂基础日粮+200 g美宝安,DCAD值为-43.94 mEq/kg DM;B组饲喂基础日粮+250 g美宝安,DCAD值为-112.51 mEq/kg DM;C组饲喂基础日粮+300 g美宝安,DCAD值为-175.37 mEq/kg DM。[结果](1)与CON组相比,A组、B组和C组采食量显著增加(P<0.05),其中B组干物质采食量最高。(2)随美宝安添加量的增加,围产前期娟姗牛尿液pH值逐渐降低,且各组间差异显著(P<0.05),B组尿液pH值处于适宜范围值。(3)随日粮DCAD值的降低,A组、B组和C组血钙水平呈上升趋势,各组间差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)与CON组相比,A组、B组和C组产乳热、胎衣滞留、子宫内膜炎和真胃移位发病率均降低,其中B组胎衣滞留和真胃移位发病率最低。(5)CON组、A组、B组和C组平均初乳量分别为9.20 kg、9.28 kg、9.20 kg、9.10 kg,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。CON组、A组、B组和C组初乳中白利糖度分别为32.0%、33.0%、31.8%和32.1%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05),A组与B组间白利糖度差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]围产期娟姗牛日粮添加美宝安可以提高奶牛干物质采食量,降低日粮阴阳离子差水平,有效调节牛群尿液pH值水平,提高血钙水平,降低产后疾病发病率。在本试验条件下,围产期娟姗牛日粮添加250 g美宝安,调节DCAD值至-112.51 mEq/kg DM为宜。

Abstract: [Objective] To study the effects of different levels of coated ammonium chloride(Menoam)on the health of Jersey Cows in perinatal period.[Method] Pre-perinatal Jersey cows with similar parity and body condition were divided into 4 groups:CON Group,Group A,Group B and Group C. CON Group was fed the basal diet,and the DCAD value was +165.64 mEq/kg DM,Group A was fed the basal diet+200 g Menoam,and the DCAD value was -43.94 mEq/kg DM. Group B was fed the basal diet+250 g Menoam,and the DCAD value was -112.51 m Eq/kg DM. Group C was fed the basal diet+300 g Menoam,and the DCAD value was -175.37 m Eq/kg DM.[Result] (1) Compared with the CON Group,the feed intakes of groups A,B and C increased significantly(P<0.05)and the dry matter intake of Group B was the highest(2)With the increase of the addition amount of Menoam,the urine pH value of Jersey cows in the pre-perinatal period gradually decreased,and the differences among the groups were significant(P<0.05),and the urine pH value of Group B was the appropriate range.(3)As the dietary DCAD value decreased,the blood calcium levels of Group A,B and C showed an upward trend,and the differences among the groups were significant(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the CON Group,the incidences of milk fever,retained fetal membranes,endometritis and abomasal displacement in Group A,Group B and Group C all decreased,and the incidences of retained fetal membranes and abomasal displacement in Group B were the lowest.(5)The average colostrum yield of CON Group,Group A,Group B and Group C were 9.20 kg,9.28 kg,9.20 kg and 9.10 kg,respectively,and there was no significant difference among the groups (P>0.05).The Brix degrees degrees of colostrum in CON Group,Group A,Group B and Group C were 32.0%,33.0%,31.8% and 32.1%,respectively. There was no significant difference among the groups (P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the Brix degree between group A and group B (P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Adding Menoam to the diet of Jersey cows in the perinatal period can increase DMI,reduce the DCAD value,effectively regulate the urine pH value,improve blood calcium level and reduce the incidence of diseases of Jersey cows in the perinatal period. Under the experimental conditions,it is appropriate to add 250 g Menoam to the diet of Jersey cows in the early perinatal period and adjust the DCAD value to -112.51 mEq/kg DM.
