    Financial Risk Analysis Based on Z-score Model -- Taking Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.,Ltd as an Example

    The Z-score model is a multivariate model proposed by Edward Altman to measure the financial risk of an enterprise. Taking Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.Ltd.as an example,this paper combined the applicability of the Z-score model with the financial statement,using traditional financial accounting risk analysis with Z - score model financial risk analysis method,to analyze the cause of the financial risk. Furthermore,this work compared Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.,Ltd with its leading corporation,Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd. in the same dairy industry and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The research results indicated that Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.,Ltd. is in a healthy financial position,and the possibility of financial crisis in the short term is relatively low. But there is still a certain gap compared with Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd. which is the leading enterprise in the dairy industry.

    Milk contains a large amount of alkaline phosphatase. Because its thermal stability is slightly higher than that of most pathogenic microorganisms in milk,such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Listeria,it is used as the activity index of pasteurization heat treatment evaluation. But it is easily affected by milk components, especially milk fat and additives. In addition,the endogenous alkaline phosphatase of microorganisms in milk and the reactivation of alkaline phosphatase during storage will affect the judgment of the final result. This paper expounds the inspection process through personnel training,equipment selection,inspection comparison,database establishment and so on.

    Urease can efficiently catalyze urea decomposition and produce carbon dioxide and ammonia. Limiting urease activity can effectively regulate urea decomposition process.In animal husbandry,ruminant urease can lead to excessive nitrogen emission.In this paper,the structural characteristics of urease activity center in bacteria,the mechanism of urease hydrolysis and the mechanism of urease activity regulation by inhibitors were reviewed,providing theoretical basis for effective regulation of urease activity and ideas for the development of new inhibitors.

    As one of the most dynamic and potential industries in animal husbandry,my country's dairy farming industry shows a good overall development trend. However,late start and low economic investment,affected by various factors such as low breeding level and imperfect market,compared with foreign countries with more developed dairy farming industries,due to its relatively the current dairy farming industry still has problems such as excessive management methods,insufficient feeding of high-quality forage,unscientific structure of the dairy industry,and insufficient disease prevention and control capabilities.This paper systematically analyzed the development status of my country's dairy farming industry,such as inventory,output and production areas,and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of comprehensively promoting the industrialized development model of dairy cattle breeding,promoting the construction of the development and utilization system of dairy cattle feed and forage,guiding the technological reform and innovation of dairy processing enterprises,and strengthening disease prevention and control work based on multiple measures for reference.

    As people living standard enhancement and the awareness of healthy eating, dominated by liquid milk dairy market got rapid development,liquid milk segment category emerge in endlessly,constantly meet people's growing health nutrition demand,but the per capita dairy consumption is low,continues to increase imports of liquid milk is still the main status.In this paper,the development status of liquid milk market in China was analyzed,the reasons for the strong consumption of liquid milk were explored,and the development trend of liquid milk was forecasted. The conclusions are as follows:normal temperature milk still plays a dominant role in liquid milk market due to its low requirements for transportation and storage conditions. However,with the gradual improvement of the construction of national cold chain distribution system,the consumption proportion of low temperature milk will continue to increase and it is expected to become the dominant force in liquid milk market. In the future,we should further tap the consumption potential of township market,reduce the dependence on imported dairy products,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of dairy industry.

    After the baptism of COVID-19,people's demand for dairy products has greatly increased,the dairy industry in China shows a rapid development trend in recent years.Bright Dairy,one of the famous dairy enterprises in China,has been strengthening the construction of milk source base, improving the quality of products,increasing the brand penetration rate and improving its sustainable development ability.Sustainable development ability is an important ability index to measure whether an enterprise can survive,develop and profit for a long time which is of great significance to enterprises.Therefore,this paper chose Bright Dairy as the research sample,by constructing the evaluation index system of sustainable development ability of dairy enterprises,analyzed the sustainable development ability of Bright Dairy from multiple perspectives,and found that it had such problems as insufficient profitability and operation ability,limited innovation ability,low brand shaping effect,and then put forward targeted optimization measures that can help improve its sustainable development ability.

    Determination of A1β- casein and A2β-casein in Dairy Products

    Based on the existing detection method data,this detection method improved the separation effect of A1β- Casein and A2β- casein by changing the column temperature and gradient elution conditions,so as to better analyze the content of A1β- Casein and A2β- casein in dairy products. In this assay,guanidine hydrochloride and dithiothreitol were used to denature β-caseinthe selection of mobile phase B(acetonitrile),A(0.1 % TFA aqueous solution),gradient elution,flow rate 0. 5 mL/min,reversed-phase liquid chromatography column,column temperature 50 ℃,214 nm detection.The method can effectively separate A1β-casein and A2β-casein,and the peak time was stable. A1β-casein in 0.16~1.65 mg/mL concentration range showed a good linear relationship,regression equation y=1.25×106x-1.44x105,R2=0.9985,R=0.9992,the RSD of precision was less than 2.0%,the range of recovery rate were 96.4%~105.0%.A2 β-casein in 0.34~3.35 mg/mL concentration range showed a good linear relationship,regression equation y=3.16×106x-3.16×105,R2=0.9988,R=0.9994,the RSD of precision was less than 2.0%,the range of recovery rate were 97.5 %~105.0 %. The results showed that the method was simple,reproducible and accurate. It can be used as a technical reference for further research and application of A1β-casein and A2β-casein in dairy products.

    A lot of greenhouse gases (GHGs) has been emitted with the increased production capacity of dairy farm. This study summarized the key emission categories of dairy farms,which were mainly from dairybreedingprocess and energy consumption.Combined with the GHGs accounting methods of dairy enteric fermentation and manure management,the main emission reduction measures on the dairy farms were introduced,including improving feed quality and conversion efficiency,efficient manure management,clean energy replacement and soon.These measures could help dairy farms to achieve low carbon emission or even carbon neutrality.

    The mechanism of urea recycling is existing in all mammals. However,it plays a crucially biological role in ruminants for maintaining nitrogen balance and improving the efficiency of nitrogen utilization because of the urea transportation in rumen. This specific mechanism in ruminants is able to make blood urea from urinary excretionrepartitioned into the gastrointestinal tract by the free diffusion or transfer throughout the rumen epithelium. Subsequently, the urea would be converted to ammonia nitrogen upon the reaction of urease, which then provides nitrogen source for rumen microbial protein synthesis. Many previous studies have shown that it was rather slow of the speed of urea transferred across the rumen epithelium by free diffusion. However, urea transporters are known to be involved in urea transferring across rumen epithelium and thus facilitate efficiently the urea nitrogen recycling process. Consequently, urea transporters are considered as the most important regulators of the urea recycling mechanism in ruminants. Nevertheless,relevant publications have demonstrated that the expression and function characteristics of urea transporters were regulated by numerous factors,such as dietary nutrients content and structural constitutes,intraluminal environment,and the age of animals. Based on the above backgrounds,this paper was conducted to overview the characteristics of urea recycling in ruminants,and also for the introduction of the effect factors,expression characteristics and the molecular regulation of urea transporters. It is therefore,the present study was aimed to interpret the mechanism of urea recycling in ruminants from the perspective of molecular biology,and then to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the precise nitrogen nutrition of ruminant production practice.

When we breed male goats,we should choose the good individual with good variety,strong constitution,good development,sensitive reaction,energetic,vigorous appetite,healthy and disease-free,and obvious male characteristics.     With the rapid development of large-scale and intensive livestock farming in China, the environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure is increasingly concerned by people.Resource utilization technologies of livestock and poultry manure are reviewed in this paper,from the fertilizer,fodder and energy point of view,the advantages and disadvantages of each resource recovery technology are discussed,including pyrolysis technology for processing of livestock and poultry manure,which shows a good development potential. It not only has high processing efficiency,short cycle and the quickly eliminating harmful ingredients,effectively reducing the environment load characteristics,but also produce bio-energy with high added value after the treatment of livestock and poultry waste. The research status and existing problems of the treatment of livestock and poultry manure by pyrolysis technology are analyzed,and the development direction of the livestock and poultry manure treatment by pyrolysis technology is forecasted.

    Heat treatment is one of the most important technology of milk processing.In this paper,it mainly discussed the concept and the process of milk heat treatment,and analyzed the main heat treatment methods of milk,such as pasteurization,high temperature pasteurization and high temperature sterilization separately,and while from the milk heat treatment process and its development,the combined effects of key parameters such as temperature and holding time were analyzed,and the similarities and differences of application and effect were briefly compared between the heat treatment and non-heat treatment,then explained the significance of heat treatment of milk as well,and finally it was suggested that how to choose heat treatment process based on the core value of milk,which would be provided some useful reference for dairy industry.

    After the melamine incident in 2008,the detection of melamine is very important for the quality control of dairy companies.It is an important monitoring item for the daily work of the quality control department of dairy enterprises.In this paper,the traditional immunological methods,liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry,as well as the more novel near-infrared absorption method,Raman spectroscopy, sensors,electrochemistry and other methods have been combed.Chromatographic methods and immunological methods are more commonly used.Compared with LC-MS/MS or GC-MS (GC-MS/MS) methods,HPLC methods have lower sensitivity;LC-MS/MS or GC-MS (GC-MS)/MS) has high sensitivity,but the instrument is expensive and the detection takes a long time.The immunological detection method is based on the antigen-antibody reaction, and is limited by the specificity of the antibody itself and the interfering components in the sample.The result of the immunological detection product is unstable.Colloidal gold test strips are easy to use and are currently widely used in the industry,but false negatives and false positives are often encountered.ELISA quantitative results are usually more reliable than colloidal gold products.Raman spectroscopy has the advantages of simple pre-processing and fast detection speed,but its sensitivity is lower than that of immunological methods.Polarography,the pre-processing is more cumbersome,and the detection sensitivity.

    The impact of dispose of livestock and poultry manure is an important problem in the process of sustainable development in China, which is related to the development of livestock and poultry breeding and Beautiful Rural Construction. The resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure is the inevitable trend of waste treatment. According to the relevant policies and regulations on the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, we comprehensively compared the treatment processes, application status and development prospects of livestock and poultry manure resources such as aerobic composting and biogas fermentation to furtherly point out its advantages and disadvantages clearly in this paper. Then we found that the aerobic composting technology to treat livestock and poultry manure is more in line with the current Chinese conditions. Referred to the research progress of composting technology at home and abroad in terms of mechanism, technology and equipment, we summarized the influence of key factors in the process of aerobic composting in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure, including moisture content, carbon-nitrogen ratio, temperature, pH, oxygen concentration and microbial agents. Finally, we analyzed the current technical problems in the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure and put forward relevant suggestions.

    Vitamin C deficiency,also known as scurvy,caused by ascorbic acid deficiency in animals,which leads to increased permeability of the capillary walls. It's a hemorrhagic disease,which was a common occurrence in the 1990s. Thanks to improved farming techniques,the incidence of the disease has dropped significantly,so much as that it becomes less common. In recent years, with the change of dairy farming mode in China,he diversity of feed in the diet is limited to some extent,but milk production increased dramatically,leading to a growing trend of vitamin C deficiency in dairy cows.The calf vitamin C deficiency increased significantly,resulting in greater losses.In this paper,the causes,symptoms,diagnosis and prevention of vitamin C deficiency in calves were studied and analyzed,hoping to provide some enlightenment for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.

    Under the guidance of dairy market promotion and the policy of milk industry revitalization,China's dairy industry has stepped into a stage of high-quality development. In 2021, China's milk total yield,dairy import volume and the total output of dairy industry was 37.77 million tons,3.9 million tons (excluding casein,equivalent to about 22.31 million tons of raw milk),30.32 million tons,an increase of 7.0%,18.8% and 9.4% respectively,which reflects the strong demand for domestic milk consumption. In recent years,China's milk consumption has maintained growth and consumption structure has been gradually optimized. As consumers pay more and more attention to nutrition and health,they have more recognition of the idea that milk is beneficial to improving immunity. In 2022,milk consumption will maintain a certain proportion of rigid growth,demand growth is expected to decline,annual milk consumption will increase to 63.11 million tons,an increase of about 5.0%,average consumption per capita reach to 44.7 kg.
