摘要: 牛至精油是一种具有独特芳香气味的植物提取物,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化和减少瘤胃甲烷生成等多种生物学功能。在日粮中添加牛至精油或含牛至精油的复合添加剂可降低犊牛腹泻发病率,提高育肥期公牛生长性能和屠宰性能,还可缓解奶牛产后应激并提高繁殖效率。本文综述国内外牛至精油活性组分、作用机制及其在奶牛养殖中的应用进展,总结现阶段研究不足,为牛至精油助力奶牛无抗低碳养殖的产业化应用提供参考。
